Outstanding work. Mr. Elkot came over on a Sunday and gave me various options on how to fix my driveway, which was in pretty bad conditions, a lot of cracks and holes. Also, he scheduled the work for the next day, and arrived on schedule. He was very professional and provided quality work. He came over various times during that week to ensure that the cracks were all gone and the job was performed to my satisfaction.

I wanted to take half a wall down in my condo and create a bar type table which included a marble slab, wood materials, recess lighting, additional light fixtures in the kitchen, and paint finish. There were some electrical in the wall that needed to be relocated which included wires and breaker panel. After all of that was moved, Al was able to modify the cabinets and marble slab on top to create the bar vibe I was looking for. He also included the recess lighting in the ceiling which he also added a dimmer. Finally he was able to paint and clean up any imperfections. As a bonus, he recommended I get a couple of light fixtures which added to the beauty of the work he's already done. 100% worth the money!

Description of Work: Mr. Elkot worked on my 1870 and 1890 period homes. He maintained the 1870 house for a number of years and completed jobs ranging from reinforcing/replacing, structural wood post and beams in an attic; addressing foundation water leaks requiring water barrier installation and mold remediation; replacing frozen water pipes; installing new electrical wiring; rebuilding concrete stairway; to painting interior and exteriors requiring attention to detail as homes have architectural adornments in many colors

Mr. Elkot renovated my kitchen and bathroom. In the kitchen he cut a wall in half, and created a bar. He placed a granite slab on it, and added recess lighting, in the ceiling. By doing that, he created an Open Concept Apartment. In the bathroom, he paneled the wall with tile, and also changed the floor tiles. He added a vintage pedestal sink, matching the vintage metal bathtub, therefore keeping the look in line with the vintage era. He showed a lot of creativity and resourcefulness.
